Christina Foti was born in Grefeld, Germany. She graduated from the 4th Senior High School of Karditsa and later on from the department of Physical Education in the Athens University with specialisation in Competitive Rhythmic Gymnastics.
During her studies she worked as a volunteer, coaching and supervising the programmes of the athlets in the Panathenean Club. Since 1997 until 2008 she was employed in several fitness centers in Athens and Chania as supervisor as well as instructor-in ‘Athlokinitiki’, ‘Sportese’, ‘Palm Gym’, ‘Health Club Intercontinental’, ‘Karavanos Gym’, ‘Alpha Gym’ and others.
In 2007 she meets her Teacher-Master Lam Chun Fai and she feels enchanted by his personality, his deep knowledge and the great art of the Lam Family, so she decides to dedicate herself in learning and spreading this art. Since 2007 she visits her master often in Hong Kong where he is tutoring her.
In the International Tournament in Wushu Hong Kong she won a silver and bronze medal. In the ‘Huang Feihong Cup’ (International Hung Kuen Competition, China 2014) she won the gold medal. Since 2010 she runs her own School (Lam Chun Fai Hung Kuen branch Chania) in cooperation with Sifu Nikos Galazios. She is a member of the World Hung Kuen Association.
Nikos Galazios was born in Athens in 1968. During his adolescence he became a sports athlete and very soon was distinguished in sprint track and field athletics, he came second in 60m indoors and won 2 gold medals in 100m outdoors in the Panpaides athletic competition in Greece.
In 1990 he starts learning Kung Fu. Landmarks in his career are the foundation of his first school in Chania in 2000, his acquaintance with Grand Master Lam Chun Fai in Athens in July 2006 and his winning in the World Wushu Tournament in 2013(his team took the first place competing with non-Chinese athletes –they won 9 medals).Since 2007 he attends courses in Hong Kong and is a faithful student of Master Lam Chun Fai.
